This term Primary 6 have been writing imaginative stories about the Jacobites. We learned that it is important to include adjectives, similes and metaphors to describe the character. We also described found out that you can write about the setting using the 5 senses (touch, sight, smell, hearing and taste). The first story we wrote was about THE BATTLE OF PRESTONPANS! We all really enjoyed writing it and we self - assessed and peer- assessed our work after we had finished. Molly and Gemma.
