Wellbeing Interventions

At Earlston Primary, we offer a range of targeted wellbeing interventions designed to support our pupils’ emotional and social development. These include weekly 1:1 play-based coaching sessions for P1–P3, 1:1 coaching for P4-7, and group programmes such as Lego Therapy and Kitbag.

The variety of wellbeing interventions have been carefully selected in order to ensure the intervention is tailored to the needs of the child.  Whether your child is needing support with building friendships, enhancing self-esteem, managing the emotions of change and loss or overcoming attendance challenges, we will ensure that the appropriate supports are put in place to help.

In addition to using data from pupil surveys and staff referrals, parents and carers can also request support by completing our 'Wellbeing Intervention Request Form'.  This can be accessed by following the link below or QR code within the intervention overview document: https://forms.office.com/e/qiiJCiviGP
